If our technicians discover additional damage during the repair process (known as a supplement), we will immediately contact both you and your insurance company to obtain proper authorization before proceeding with those repairs.

Your insurance deductible payment is required at the time you retrieve your completed vehicle from our shop after all repairs have been completed.
